West Ham Complain About Everton Dirtiness?

? never use spellchecker.

Although some decisions go our way and mean we win, I will never condone it and will speak out. I have from memory said as much about Arteta.

Interesting to note that this season, we're committing fewer fouls per game on average than last year, and we have the best disciplinary record in the league + best we've had at this stage since who knows when - and we are also playing passing football a lot more, less long ball, and also not defending as deep as we sometimes have in the past.

Coincidence?

No, just trying for europe by every available route mate:lol:

Actually I disagree, our football is different principally I think from the lack of a target man since Dunc and Bt have departed, not to mention the hoofball exponents are not playing or not here.

I suppose though nobody will really know anything about this.

I could do a poll to see what people think about Arteta getting fouls easily?

ITs not something I think is right in the game, but it happens and as they say - "if you can't beat them, join them."

I think this is all a natural consequence of our progression as a team. We have better quality players in the team now, more creative types such as Arteta who probably foul less than the 'dogs-of-war' types of player we were renowned for having in previous years. Additionally better players means that we probably have more possesion, which also leads to less fouls.

i have to agree that diving is a disgrace and should be totally unacceptable.

Over here when a player dives (australia), even his own fans are unimpressed and let it be known. When Benito Carbone came over here he dived in his first home game, everyone commented, even our own fans slated him for it despite him being a good player.

I think Everton fans should have the same attitude.

Hmmmm.

That might cut out the diving.

A player knows that his own supporters will turn on him if he tries to cheat his way to a spot kick or penalty.

I like it.

Haha, it might work with us but it won't work in the other team, especially RS there player dive all the time and there fans are fine with it!
