TX Bill

Player Valuation: £80m
...stuffy nose, cough, throat, etc... Completely run down. Stressful week at work. Fell asleep at around 8pm last night and just woke up here about 30 minutes ago (1:30am Texas time).

Took a shower and started doing laundry.

Now what do I do? Everton not on for another three plus hours.

1) Reruns on TV?
2) Battlefield 3?
3) Look for some Australian Football that would be "Live"?

...or

4) How about get on to GOT when there are actually a lot of other people on?

Hmmm....decisions decisions.

I looked but for some reason, they aren't showing any Australian football right now. Just a bunch of review shows and such.

Ah well, I guess it's option 4.

BF3 would be a good shout, I'm not really allowed to play it until Christmas, but I've racked up a few hours when the Mrs is out. Until it's wrapped its fair game!

oh well, how often do you guys get live A-league footy in the states?

I'll see it on a somewhat regular basis but I don't know if it's "regular" programming or if they just show it from time to time.

BF3 has been great so far but I'm still getting used to the game. With all that's gone on this week, I haven't had much time to play. But I like it.

I had a go with the Jets, you're cannon fodder unless you can upgrade them. Air to Air combat is too difficult, I killed a couple of tanks, nearly unlocked IR flares.

The rest of the game is very similar to BFBC2. But the mobile spawn points are good. (like tac insert in MW2). Are you on Xbox?

I'm an old school PC gamer. I've got a joystick though if I want to fly but I just don't.

I love the maps. Big and open. Still learning a few things. I'm starting to see that mortars are going to be the new "Gustav noobs" as people just start mortaring a spawn point/flag.

Loving the maps though. I don't think that there are any that I don't like.

...also, I had to turn it off for awhile the other day as all of the motion movement made me ill for a bit. Gave me a huge headache. Don't think I'll be able to go on long BF3 binges like I could with Bad Company.

Sound effects and graphics are fantastic too....

The only thing that was better on MW2 is the list of players, at the end of the game, you could see who was talking and there was a lot more banter. and in game as well. nm.

did you see that Texas Judge giving his daughter the belt?

Heard something about it but don't know the whole story. This week has been a bit crazy at work so my focus has really been there. But it's been in the papers.

Ahh hate that, I think I'm suffering from the same thing

I need BF3 in my life so bad, I would recommend that

Everton are on in 5 hours too Sir.

5) Face up to the fact that it's too strong for me and go out and score some more skag
