Being serious for a moment, it really is a great achievement by Southgate and this squad. He has had a lot of detractors and there are a few who have had a pop at the players for not being good enough.
But Southgate has bettered much more feted managers who have gone before him. He's spoken with dignity and humanity on difficult topics (racism) and the squad (bar Henderson who wears red and Walker with his love of brass) seem decent people. Much more likeable than the so called 'Golden Generation'.
Personally I think they should be celebrated and claimed back from the Farage worshiping hordes. They are not for you.
