WEIRDEST film you've ever seen

Not necessarily the worst, this is dedicated to movies which are just plain weird - "arthouse" epics made by obscure and comically named foreign auteurs.

Here's a bit of a film I saw when I was dragged to FACT picturehouse by a bird one time

Eraserhead is a top pick for this, but for a more contemporary nomination:

Inland Empire - OK David Lynch is far from obscure but he pushed the boat out on that one and then some.

It was the last film I saw at the cinema. Just doesn't seem right to go back and watch some holywood drivel after seeing that.
 
Watched an incredibly weird korean film set in an asylum once.

Called 'I'm a cyborg and that's ok' it's a romantic comedy about a woman who refuses to eat because she thinks she's a cyborg.

Still not as weird as most lynch films, though. Mulholland Drive has it beat hands down. Watched that in a cinema with my dad and there's an incredibly explicit lesbian love scene about 30 minutes into it. Most uncomfortable moment of my adolescence I think.

It was one of those films I felt I shouldn't enjoy because of what's been written about it but I thought it was great. A bit like 'The Grudge' meets 'The last House on the left'. I thought begotten didn't have a storyline as such and was just some disturbing images. Why did it make you fume mate?

You would have to watch it to be honest try it for 20 minutes and see
