Weird light in the sky

I was taking stuff out to the bin tonight and on the way back in I caught sight of this light in the sky. Took a picture on my phone but nothing showed up, so tried a video. Wife said firefly, but do we even get them in Liverpool? Pretty spooky!

It's a light/laser, nothing can move that sharp that fast.
Ya not a dragonfly it would leave a trace behind if it moved that quick kind of like blur motion. Agree with Rita that it's probably a laser with the erratic movement and perfect dot that doesn't change shape and doesn't leave any kind of a trail with the sudden movement

That is a street light mate, they are all over the place.

It looks like it's a reflection off something or a laser pointer
