Just had a look on the EFC website & it initially looks like tickets for Level 2 for the City away semi are back on sale. It's really bizarre, as they were first listed as sold out (they hadn't actually gone on sale), then they went on sale, then they were listed as sold out, and now they're back on sale. It lets you select a ticket for the City semi final 2nd leg, but it won't let you buy it and it says the game is sold out!

The whole thing has been confusing. Very poor. I know lots of fans who want to go but think its sold out. Not good.

Agreed. Very poorly done by the club for the away cup game.

The away league game had it clearly stated how tickets would be sold. God only knows why they didn't put the same sort of info on the website for the cup game. It would have saved a lot of grief.

Website glitch is certainly preferable to standing for 12hrs in the freezing cold, pissing down rain when you should really be in school, instead of queuing for match tickets.

I'd do it all again tomorrow though.

Can remember not getting a ticket for the '89 Cup final, I wanted 2. Answered an advert in the Echo on the Thursday before the final and drove up to meet this guy on the Formby by-pass. Paid £650 for two tickets in the "neutral area", tickets supplied by Lancs County FA.

£650 in 1989!!

WTF you could have bought half of Birkenhead for that and still had enough money for a couple of "spares" on Wembley way.
