Weird Coincidences

I was reading the article below and wonder how often strange coincidences happen to any of you?

At the gym, this lad that I have never met but that exercises at the same time that I do, tends to wear an orange shirt and dark green shorts the same day that I wear those same colors, it has happened several times this year. It is not like we both decide to always wear the same outfit on a Wednesday, or the first day of the month, I rotate my workout outfits and when it is the turn for wearing orange and green sure enough it seems this lad feels the same colors as I do that same day :Blink: Such weird coincidence to be connected like that with someone that I don't even know.

Have you ever experienced strange things happening that make you question our own reality. Do you ever wonder if we live in parallel dimension or universe?

Woman 'couldn't speak' after discovering unusual similarity between her and stranger: '[It's a] glitch in the matrix'

A woman was speechless after realizing a restaurant employee who she'd never met before had the exact same tattoos as her.

We had been looking into getting a Great Dane for the last 2 weeks (one dog in particular). He wasn't too well so no-one seemed to want him... we finally made a decision this afternoon after much back and forth and called to tell the woman we wanted him. He went to his new home this morning... :-(

I’m sorry that’s not the kind of coincidence that one wish to deal with. Hopefully you will find another Great Dane that’s meant to be for you and your family. X

I bumped into my old neighbour in a small town in Bolivia. She invited me to the bar she worked in in la Paz. In the bar I met an English couple who lived in Oz. We became really good friends. They went back to Oz and were watching match of the day one night and Tim Cahill scored a goal. The girl said to her boyfriend " do you remember that guy "Pablo" from la Paz, their flatmate was on the sofa and said "Pablo Smith?" Turned out their flatmate was my old flatmate and ex girlfriend from London. Obviously my name isn't pablo smith
 
My cousin was a few years older than me but used to take me to Palace in the 60’s and look after me when I was 11 or so until I was old enough to look after myself. Sadly he developed cancer and died in 2010. That was just after we stayed in The Championship by the skin of our teeth and the new (current) owners took over.
By 2013 we reached the Play off final at Wembley and I went with my lad. The two seats adjacent to me were empty until a few minutes before the teams came out when, out of the corner of my eye, a young couple, not wearing Palace colours filled them. About 10 seconds later, there was a huge shriek and the girl of the couple, sat next to me, threw her arms around me and started weeping. My late cousin’s daughter ( with her boyfriend) had come to the game so my cousin could be there in spirit.
So lovely that we could watch the game together and enjoy all the celebrations after.
 

Way back in the 1960's when we lived in Leeds, we decided one Sunday to go to Ilkley for the day. After lunch in Ilkley, we decided to go for a walk across the moor. We followed this track for quite long way and eventually came across a waterfall which fell into a lake. It was tucked away round a bend so you couldn't see the track we had walked up. There was a bench seat and we sat watching our two young lads playing round the lake. It was a pleasant day, it was so quiet a peaceful that we could have been the only people on the planet. Miles from anywhere. We had been there for an hour or so when I said to her indoors 'who would you least like to see come round that bend. She laughed and mentioned our next door neighbours who we didn't particularly get on with. Within a couple of minutes our next door neighbours walked round the bend.

Was it Ian Brady and Myra Hindley??
 

In 2000 we went on holiday to India and met a lovely couple she from the North east England and him from Holland who lived in India.

Ten years later on the day of the World Cup final we are rushing through the streets of Amsterdam to get a train to Schipol Airport when we literally bumped into the same couple.

Unfortunately we had no time to chat. We had to get our plane and they were going to the fan park for the game!
 
I moved into my current home 10 years ago and over that time have gotten to know my elderly neighbours very well. One day when the husband was talking to me he mentioned one of his brothers, turned out his brother was my sisters next door neighbour also. Then another day when I was talking to them the wife was telling me that her brother had just pasted away. He had been in a home for the last 5 years with dementia. Turned out my brother had been his carer in the home for the last 5 years.
