Looking to book very soon. Is it true the nightclubs are open til 6am down there? If so thats right up our street.

A lot of them are though I dont go the city centre much myself nowdays,if there is a fair few of you the printworks apartments are decent,I have stsyed in the Ibis facing the Echo arena was basic but reasonable

And yeah, some clubs stay open till 6. There's one that is open til 7:30 and all. May be one that's open until about 10 am and all but think that maybe just on student nights.

I've used the Dolby and the Campanile before. They're down by the Arena, and in the words of your compatriot Irvine Welsh, they're "custom f***in' designed for your needs". Hope you have a great time when you come down.

A member from the oldies thread can answer this one. Right in the centre is the Z hotel. Clean and when I stay there, quite reasonable .

...if you're planning on going the Grafton there's a couple of decent hotels by the Seaman's Dispensary.
