Does anyone have any experience of this apparent cowboy outfit? I thought I'd relay some information passed to me by a mate and you can decide for yourself. You all know how they advertise "we buy any car.com" on TV etc. Well it doesn't quite work like that - cos they have salesmen paid on a commission only basis who come to check your car and buy it off you. The salesmen are there to knock you down - and with a large proportion of sellers needing to get shut of their car (committed to buying another etc or short of a cash buyer) so you are now in the position of take it or leavce it - sounds good but when they knock you down from (say) £3K to £2.5K you're not in such a good position are you?

Only experience I've had of it is by putting my mrs' old fiesta on their website and being offered £35 for it. That's right, £35.

Took my Golf which they offered £5000 for to be honest it was a good price, took it down to Carcraft in Kirby the fella walked over to it and said "best i can give yer is £3000" laughed asked was he kidding and told him about the first offer he told me this was offered yesterday and the prices change daily told him to do one and got off, proper clowns
