It's a good job that a few years ago it wasn't illegal to say that you hope the last thing somewhere hears before they die is the screams of their children burning to death.

I'm not entirely sure thats being made illegal with this legislation, as daft and as down right nasty (I'm guessing 'somewhere' was really 'someone') as that is, it appears that direct threats, abuse to the person, is what is being reinforced as a crime.

basically an over sensitive celeb thinks an ip address is 1 step away from commiting an actual crime so they want something done to preserve their security.
