I've seen some terrible Everton teams in my time, but have to say the last three seasons in particular in the main the "football" served up has been atrocious, anti football even, zero entertainment, there is no joy watching us,just the hope we can "grind" a result somehow, for the dough we pay as season ticket holders and going away it is truly depressing.
It's a helluva strategy to pack BMD out for it's debut season. Good times my tuckus!

we’re poo and we only entertain the others lol

Depends on what you class as entertaining football. Some people thought the 2010 Barcelona was the pinnacle of footballing excellence, others thought it was dull passing for the sake of it.
West Ham fans are one of those weird fan bases that have their heads so far up their own rectums and adhere to a belief in playing the 'West Ham Way'.
Whatever it is, given that we all give up our time, money and hairlines to watch our clubs I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to be entertained by them, especially one in the best league in the world with £150m+ revenue every season. As someone who has seen nearly every dinosaur manage my club over the years, life is too short to put up with anti football forever. That's why Palace fans turned I think, we thought we'd finally moved on and Roy didn't feel the need to go back to unwatchable dross every week (especially given the football he served up last season) but when we sank back into that it was one time too many

West Ham are different in that their anti football gets them top 8 and whatnot instead of 14th but that only keeps you gong so long until you get sick of watching teams below you outplay you

Saying all this, they're in the bloody quarters of the Europa after winning 5-0 or whatever last night and are playing one of the best sides in Europe next. Pipe down you pie and mash nonces

I’m starting to think there’s a gap in the market for a WWE style approach to our beautiful game that is loved all over the world.

Would it not be better if fans were given a choice to be able to watch a match with 100% guaranteed enjoyment? I mean, fans pay a lot of money. When you go to a concert you don’t expect anything less than an exemplary performance.

Why should elite level professional sport be any different? An exciting new opportunity awaits us.
I prefer the term “elite level professional sports entertainment.”

West Ham fans are easily bored - they’ve seen 11 goals in the last three games and have made another European quarter final!
Perspective is lost for people here it seems.

They've spent 150m on quite good players and are mostly parking the bus. Any good manager gets more out of these players.

11 goals is great, 5 of those in 1 game too, wow!

Are we talking about the draws against Burnley where he proper Everton'd it or not? Getting mauled 6:0 at home, not winning for about 2 months in the league?

He's just as bad with Dyche with much better players, change is he doesn't play 4-4-2 because he learned/adapted with us early on that it doesn't work in the Prem and is playing the exact same tactic and way that he did with us 15 years ago lol

And people want him here too, amazingly.

It’s not parking the bus though. It is a specific setup to draw a team onto you and create space for a counter attack. Seems to be working pretty well for them in the main.

And in the first half against Villa they used a high pressing approach like they did in Europe and they created lots of chances. So there is also flexibility there.

They’ve beaten the likes of Spurs and Arsenal this season in the league as well.

They've also drawn Bournemouth twice, lost to us, lost to Forest, got bummed by Fulham, etc. They've also been drybummed by Arsenal too.

Of course if you only look at the good results - they've done well. For the 150m spent not asking questions about the draws and losses is something no one does.

Same as his time with us - hits his glass ceiling, doesn't know how to go past it.

If you look at the details around wages, outgoings and incomings they are midtable spenders and getting better than midtable results.

Moyes took over an Everton side that fought relegation and took them to 4th.
Moyes took over a West Ham side that fought relegation and took them to their first trophy in God knows how long and fighting near the top of the league.

Sure he has his faults, hes not perfect, but hes 1 million times better than Dyche or the last 3 managers we have had and probably much better than the 1 we get after Dyche, I have no idea how any Everton fan can turn their nose up at Moyes when we have Sean Dyche in charge.

Because going backwards because "but he did well in the past" is a proven horrible idea.
