We need to start playing the "game"

As soon as Suarez hit the floor there should have been:

1)two Everton players surrounding him pulling him up off the turf, asking the ref to book him for simulation

2)two Everton players straight to the ref complaining about simulation, breaking those miliseconds the **** took to get the red out

3)Rodwell wrestling with Charlie Adam, Lucas etc as soon as they grabbed him, and then falling to the ground to get them booked.

4)All other Everton players straight in the face of the RS pushing/pulling Rodwell and generally trying to take command of the ref. Do everything but lamp them, and throw themselves to the floor if touched again to get them booked.

We're mixing with the scum of the earth in the premiership and in our city. Let's be in it to win it.

You're right really, but I guarantee our lads would then get booked for gamesmanship and simulation though.

There's no point playing fair whilst the referees are this useless. We should be "arlarse" about things. Moan like [Poor language removed] about everything. Swarm the referee. There's no reason not to.

Been like it for seasons. We've very rarely crowded a ref ala United, Chelsea, RS etc when a horror challenge happens or something worth shouting about kicks off.

Case in point - Neville goes in on Malouda hard, Malouda pushes him in the face. Neville gets up and gets on with it. 2minutes later, Drogba flops over on a nothing challenge rolls around the floor...Neville gets booked.

The RS on the other hand have done it for seasons and especially in derbies. Gerrard, Alonso, Caraghalaaar, Kuyt, Suarez and Lucas (now)...all love telling the ref what to do

try telling captain neville- he goes out of his way to keep the opposition on the pitch ffs - do we get any respect for it - like shoite we do. if Distin had pushed kuyt into the hoardings yesterday it wouldve been a sending off coz kuyt wouldve thrown himself into the crowd. tbh, its beneath us to play act and it takes a certain character to behave in that way, Everton (and many other teams) just dont go for those type of players

To be fair...he got a good kick in for 2 seasons before he left and rose above it. And I cant remember him intentionally getting a player sent off. And before you say Rooney...Arle Wayne did stand on someone's balls out of frustration and deserved to get sent off.

Not only that though, as I mentioned yesterday, we need to be coming into this match a week beforehand screaming from the rooftops about getting a good refereeing performance to protect our players from cheats intent on getting them red carded...all week prior to the game our staff should disregard almost to exclusion every other aspect of the game with reporters and make that case ALL the time up to KO. Get the microscope on these corrupt refs and force them out into the open - dare them to send a player off for doing pretty much **** all.

Too soft by half this lot. Moyes is not a streetfighting type of coach. No room for all that Corinthian stuff when you're up against cheating tvvats.

Of course there's plenty of examples but I differentiate between someone getting a love-tap, or a proper foul and making a meal of it and what Suarez did.

To me Rodwell's tackle wasnt even a foul and you're talking barely any contact from Rodwell's retracted leg on the Rat-face. And Rat-face withering in pain, being led off the pitch for medical "attention" etc. Its up their with Rivaldo's ball-hits-the-leg-I'll-go-down-clutching-my-face.

Another thing that's been missed is Rodwell's confidence.

He's been getting better and more confident each game, he's added some steal to his game. Then he makes a normal challenge that wasnt even a foul and gets sent off.
