Have always preferred 4-2-3-1 myself as it offers a bit more protection to the backline, think you need a truly world class DM like Rodri for 4-3-3 to work tbh

Loved Cahill but always thought we had to accomodate him in that position. Felt really inflexible esp when the goals dried up in his last season.

Doucoure has way less end product so I'd be happy for Moyes to try something else
