We can still win

I have heard a lot people act like we have been knocked out, I know we had a great chance to go through yesterday but we are still very much in this tie, i thought we just did enough to win the game, I wasen't very impressed with them to be honest, i cant really remember them causing howard or our defence any problems after the goal, we just couldn't get that second goal. I think it might be better for us playing them at there place, they will have to be more attackive becasue they are at home and i think that will suit us. Keep the faith, We are still in this COYB!!!

can i make my sunderland points now

- were at home which is always a help
- we have our three best players back
- you have some hard games to play
- we have blackburn and QPR
- our players were knackered yesterday they will (i hope) be rested

so it shuld make a good game :)

We'll play the reserves against Arsenal mate, Moyes has already shown that's the way to go. And I'd actually agree with him now because the league is dead.

You're playing two teams fighting for their lives, and I honestly think Cattermole is a liability when a passionate game is going on. You could be down to ten men early on.

You'll be favourites but I'm absolutely certain we'll win, especially after that draw.

I personally dont think we will beat Sunderland, I said Yesterday at the game, if we dont win today we wont beat them up there.

We can certainly get another draw tho, no reason at all we cant.

So I suspect it will be a peno lottery.

I for 1 will certainly be hoping we win tho, its not like any Everton fan would ever pray for an Everton defeat...................

Littered with errors. I don't know where to begin.

Welcome back, btw. A much livelier place with you around.

I think David will send out his usual side against Sunderland, we can at best hope for a peno win. This isn't a usual moyes bash, just the level of expectation he has given us.

Then a mauling by them lot.

- the pressures all on u's to get a result now, Everton tend to do better when the pressures off and not much is expecred - from your reaction at full time yesterday i'd say u's may suffer from over confidence thinking the games won & fans will get on your sides back if all isn't going well

- prospect of a semi against the ****e will be a BIG motivation for us, especially after Tuesday

- There harder games than you think, battling relegation - nothing to lose - everything to gain, every point counts for them... defeats or draws there will knock your confidence , where as we dont have alot to lose (probs expected to lose to both Arsenal & Swansea)

- If moyes rested players for the derby he wont think twice about resting them for these games

- Your players were knackered? we had a derby in the week, going into the replay we'll both have had the same rest & games in the build up

- with a possible derby semi-final awaiting i could see us selling 6000+ allocation (if the club takes it up), atmosphere will be immense

As with every game, there is ALWAYS a chance of winning it! We would have won yesterday if it hadn't been for Mignolet, as he made some good saves!
