Doesn't get easier with age, I've been a Blue for 50 years and I' have never been so hurt than when rooney betrayed us. He was the best thing to happen to us since we won the FA Cup in 95. It gave us hope to think that one of us from the stands at GP had made the dream. All the razz that went with the boy wonder saying "Once a blue always a blue":@ and then money turned he's greedy big fat head:@ and all the stuff about being an Evertonian went through the window, people have said to me, you would have done the same(n) NO I would have played for EFC for life if I'd been good enough:mellow: for a wage that would have made me & mine comfortable. Because once a Blue IS always a Feking BLUE in my book. How much money do you need anyway? He was on more money than He or he's family had ever dreamed of at Everton, but he wanted more:@The only way back for him is to publiclly come out on TV & in the Papers and Tell us how sorry he really is and show the Respect that Everton Football Club (the club who groomed him and made him the player he is) DESERVES. But don't hold your breath because theArsehole hasn't got the brains to do so. I'm sorry but I hope he as short career:)
