Water Flossers Advice / Recommendations

Water flossers; does anybody here use one?

I am interested in buying one and would like to know if they are worth it.

I have some difficulty finding the right size of the little brushes that are available and I do not like to use floss itself.

Any body have some advice, other than remove all of my teeth?

I've got a Philips one and although I don’t use it as much as I should (because I'm lazy) it makes a noticeable difference to your teeth in a short space of time.

I tried one of these. The best part was the walk to the post office to return it.
Theory seemed ok but it is very messy
