Watching a bit of the Roma match...

...and saw a face I hadn't seen in a while.

It was one Matteo Ferrari playing at CB for Roma.

I sure wished we could have kept him but Lescott has more than made up for losing him back to Roma. I know Ferrari was hurt for much of his time here but the few times he played, you could see the class.

Would have liked to keep him but as you said, Lescott being a replacement definitely softened the blow.
