A couple of years back in St. Maarten I went shopping for a watch and thought of buying a Tag Heur. After being plied with free Heineken export I was persuaded to purchase a Hamilton Jazzmaster. A handsome watch no doubt but I have hardly worn it.
It's held its value so I am looking at part exchanging it and putting a few quid towards the Tag I was looking at in the first place.
Thing is I am not going anywhere resembling a tax free area anytime soon.
