Hmmmm, treated Ash Williams, Bolassie and Lukaku okay seemingly, BUT, prejudice isnt always about skin colour alone. People react negatively to people with a particular accent, body language or cultural background. I.e. the Polish and Romanians are white, but get abuse in post Brexit Britain. So maybe Ronko had something against people from Africa.

Or, as others point out, maybe he's just a bullying arse who throws his weight around at those he thinks are in a position of weakness.
