Was Fellaini worth £15m?

Player Valuation: £25k
What do you guys think? I only get to see Everton 4 or 5 times a season (often away matches only to) and I'm not sure.

For me when you spend big cash on any player I'd expect a technically gifted footballer and from what I've seen of his 'feet' he's not a £15m by any stretch of the imagination. Also I'm sure that valuation was based on his age, as in, he can only get better, but can he?

Then again he did chip in with a fair few goals last season and his height and tall hair are always a threat to the opposition. But would say a Moutinho or Defour been able to have got as many goals from outside the box as well as offering more creativity to the team?

There's now also this thing about whether he can play with Cahill or not, do we really want £15m sat on the bench, not that i@m saying sell or anything.

I do think he's ace though and he's got a great work and the heart of a lion. Opinions, how good is he?

If he keeps progressing like he has, he will be worth a lot more than our initial investment.
I really like the guy, and he is technically brilliant, even if he has a few creases to iron out. I've been impressed with his attitude, and his focus on not getting yellows, and once he is fully fit, and gets a position to call his own, I think he will be our player of the season this year.

Not worth ten million when we bought him but going off what ive seen he has the potential to be worth more . A work in progress

What they said. Not worth £15m at the time, but hopefully will grow into a £25 mil player. I havent watched enough of him to know if he will. Sometimes his brain does seem to be two steps ahead of his feet tho.

Yes, in a less hard working team he would shine, but we could never be called a work shy team, everybody is expected to put in a proper shift. Hes a luxury player and shines when he doesnt have a postion to hold and hes allowed to drift.

Anyone else wish he would cut his hair though so as not to stand out to the refs ?
His hair reflects his personality I'm sure, but sometimes it's good to blend in.

On a serious note - he is still very young the potential is there, with a good run in the side he can and should become a world class player - in a world where robbie keane and darren bent are worth 20 million - 15 million should prove to be a snip (y)

I personally dont care about his haircut . I just like him . I cannot put my finger on it . The lad of I go the match with hates him but he doesnt wind me up I only see good things about the lad .
