I don't understand how everyone knows who's a good manager and who isn't. I think you have to look at circumstances, squad of players etc etc rather than only the black and white of results, relegation and promotion. Would Mourinho get Bradford back into the premierleague witht the current squad of players? Would Gary Megson win the premierleague with Man City and their millions? I don't know how any member of the public can say; he's a crap manager, he's a good manager.
