Anybody played it ?
I started playing this week after 25 years of not playing football and doing very little exercise.
I have been walking round like l have shat myself ever since it is a lot harder than you might think .
I would definitely recommend it though , I'm 66 and never thought I would be playing football again.

Started playing this about a month ago, purely out of boredom. I’m 45 and still relatively fit, I stopped playing competitively when I was 42 and miss it every day. I found it really difficult at the start as the urge to run is always there but slowly you get used to it and it’s actually really competitive ands great work out. I’m gonna continue going just for the fun element.

Im the same just playing for the fun but I also have to be ready for the day Everton come calling .

I'm 55 - played it for a couple of years until an increasingly arthritic knee (acl reconstruction hangover) and the pandemic ended it for me. The most enjoyable football I've ever experienced and a thoroughly good workout. The number of people who poo-poo'd it as too sedate who I dragged along only for them to be shocked at how hard work it was .... if I had a pound...

I was boss at it obvs.

It’s weird, it’s a whole different way of playing. Whereas previously you’d play a ball into space for a teammate to run onto with walking footy it’s all to feet. Sounds really simple in theory but in practice it’s much more difficult.

This ball into space malarkey was the hardest bit to adapt to. If you got the pace of the ball right it could be killer though once your team mates start to read/anticipate it.
