3 kids means no alarms have to be set in the reidy household.
however, if i awake before mrs b.o.g. then she is usually roused from her slumber by my "1st fart of the day" which is always thunderous and happens around 20 seconds after i awake..... just after i roll over to try to get back to sleep.
