I despise this company.

I've had a phone for 13months with them on contract, it broke, it was outside the warranty so they couldnt do nothing apparently. With 6 months left on my contract, I thought I'd get myself a cheap one until the time comes for me to upgrade.

They say the phone will be delivered on the next working day and you will receive a confimation e-mail including delivery tracking number. This was Friday, never received a phone today and havent received an Email so I cant even track it... Im not even going to bother going into detail about how it took them 6 months to get my bill right. ********s

Anyone else have issues with them?

Im on 3G, expected the worst about signal and help but couldn't be any further from the truth, no problems at all with them... yet.

Been with them for years and years, always been ok for me, used to get Horrid bills when i was first with them, but now im only paying about £30 a month. But lets face it they are money grabbing tits.

They are the worst. I once ordered a phone online (with contract) and some woman phoned up saying i cant have that contract, but she can put me on a more expensive one - i said no - to cut a long story short i had an hour long conversation - in the end i told her to cancel the order (and blamed her too) - and she went and ******* ordered the phone anyway!!! So i was left with a contract i didnt want.

i'M GOING TO KILL SOMEONE

just called them up, got passed on to 3 different people all saying "i'll pas you on to the pay as you talk team"

the 4th one was about to do the same and I gave her a ******* earful.

I rang back, and the 1st person who answered said the same, so I told them to make sure I was getting through to the correct department, i got an automated maessage "thank you for calling beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"

I could comfortably bottle a dj in a bar at this moment in time,
