Visit to York

One of my favourite places to go. Loads to do, most hotels and tourist information will have leaflets etc advertising places to visit. Regardless of your religion, the Minster is a fabulous building well worth a visit. Lots of ghost tours of a night if that's your thing too. As mentioned, some great boozer' s all over the place and nice restaurants, a particular favourite of mine is a lovely Tibetan place called The Yak and Yeti !!

Good shout on the York ghost tours , entertainment and you get to see a bit of the place as you walk around., Really enjoyed it.
