I’ve just agreed to get this as I got a decent deal for All packages including tv phone and broadband. All sky sports , BT sports channels included for 3 boxes the full package £97.50 for a year .

I’ve just been reading some reviews, is it as bad as I’m reading ? 6000 reviews on one page average of a 1 star rating ?

I only agreed as my bt internet was not great and the phone deal crap . And sky being expensive.

Having second thoughts here and could do without the hassle of dealing with a service that isn’t great .

Not had a problem myself..but then I don't know what their customer service is like has never had to use them, it's v difficult to trust any customer reviews these days...

That’s what I’m thinking . 1 star seems to be a bit extreme .

Had Virgin media in the past,basically from when they took over Telewest,until about 5 years ago,and never had any real issues with them,though a few people with them now do nothing but have problems,so it could just be where you are living

been fine with them for 17 years, odd probs but most sorted straight away, prob only had a week of downtime in all that time as well.

Been fine. When we’ve had some sort of problems with the WiFi, they’ve always been out to fix it quite quickly

arl fella signed up with them this year & got a free 32" smart tv.


he did get an email saying a telly was gonna be delivered after he'd already got his, so he waited in for it but it never came, not sure if his complaining of "wasting a day when who knows how many you've got left" was taking the p*** or not.

We were with them for yonks til we moved last year. Never had any issues with them bar the odd outage.

Great when it works, but have had issues in the past - worst was when the whole lot went down for about ten days. Haven’t had any issues for a while now though TBF. Got a TiVo box upstairs and the newer box downstairs so never miss any telly with all the multiple recording on offer.

usually with their advertised prices you have to add line rental for the phone, they all do it with their ads tbh.

Another question I know you don’t get sky Atlantic but do you get sky Atlantic box sets a few weeks after they have aired on sky ? Thinking Gomorrah, the deuce and Ray Donovan etc ?
