My so called free "sky package" isn't working and I've been on hold for 15 minutes to their help phone-line. I just give up, thought this day couldn't get any worse.

my virgin broadband is fantastic, I cant fault them really...all about personal experience tho isn't it..

I told my first virgin to hold for 15 seconds........ but alas ..... she didn't, and I RUINED A PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE pair of BQ curtains.When will they ever learn !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll give you their advice save you being on hold,turn it off at the mains,wait 15 seconds,switch back on
