My guess is that he's going for one last pay day because you know that there will be at least one club that will give him a deal based on his overall reputation.

I reckon these will be leaving, Anderson, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra, Nani, Da Silva, Macheda, Hernandez and Buttner which could be problems for us because where will our EX look for replacements?
