Video editing for beginners

Not one for normally asking but any tech wizards on here know any basic none watermarking editors out there?

Had a crack using movie maker and it's asking me to pay for it but sod that. Anything you can make and add an intro in as well is a bonus like. Just not tech savvy enough to use a proper editor like lightworks .

I tried sawdust, turning it off and on, asking microsoft how much for the pair and none of those worked.

Windows Live Movie Maker is the free one that's super-basic but still works. Get it from microsoft.com if it's not already installed.

I do pro stuff too, so use Vegas with plugs. It's the most user-friendly from the advanced options out there. 30-day free trial tho' not sure what the limitations are, I don't think it's watermarking, tho'.
