Been wondering lately if I could become a veggie.

I'd miss it but I reckon I could go without meat, to be honest.

You?!

I have a mate who has been Vegan for a year now, and have been talking with him about it, him linking me loads of info/videos etc. Due to this I have been cutting down my meat intake. I eat about 80% vegetarian now. That is relatively easy. Lots of salad. Pizza is ok. Soup, cereal etc. The hard part for me is going to full veganism, as I really don't like most vegetables, so my main replacement for meat based meals has been foods that contain dairy. Also I love meat, steak and burgers especially, so I think it will take a while to wean myself off 100%!

Could I still eat cheese?

Yes. Vegetarianism allows eggs, cheese, milk etc. Veganism doesn't.

With the amount of quorn and similar stuff available, and most restaurants catering for vegetarians these days there's no reason why you couldn't really.

Just depends how much you want to be vegetarian really. If you genuinely believe in it and aren't totally reliant on having meat it's a piece of piss.

If you like your meat too much then you'll struggle.
