Well I don't want Arteta and Cahill to play against Alkmaar, and quite possibly give Osman and Pienaar a rest as well so that the midfield is fresh for Man Utd. Arteta hasn't been at his best recently and looks a little jaded. Is Vidarrson ready for a start? VDM isn't long term but if he can do a shift in midweek then he should do.
