Ok. So I've gotten fed up of some Chinese piece of junk I purchased from Maplin.

I'm thinking the maplin piece of junk has always been faulty. Its also not Displaylink certified. Its caused nothing but problems.
and gone for a HP USB 2.0 adaptor for a work related PC needing a dual screen.

Thoughts? For those that know anything about Displaylink adaptors.
This one is certified by displaylink.
Normal computer uses dual NVIDIA cards in SLI with DVI or HDMI ports with three screens in portrait surround. Much easier and reliable!
This is for another workstation needing another screen for reading.
For 50 GBP, I feel like you could just get a super low-end graphics card for that last monitor. Cheaper and better solution than USB2. If you're out of full length/16x PCIe slots, here's a suggestion:
