I have literally no idea who is playing for USA these days apart from Howard, Jozy and Landon.

But in the sticker book there's a lad called Mix Diskerud.

LOL

Howard - Good
Landon - Still good
Dempsey - playing well and healthy
Altidore - LEGEND
Bradley - our best player not named Altidore

The rest are a bunch of interchangable faces and names. None of the German contingent really impresses me so far (and I hate Jermaine Jones game). We haven't really developed a back line and wingers. We are kind of strong in the center of the pitch and on corners. While Klinsmann wants to play attacking footie we are probably best suited to playing physical and jamming it right down the middle and getting free kicks.

This team would have been fun as hell to watch if only Davies and Holden didn't break into pieces. They were going to be the future.

Yeah. Good attacking side, but a bit narrow. The back line is also a bit worrying.

There will be a lot of surprises on this team for non-North Americans I reckon. MLS has grown to the point where the good-but-not-world-class players can stay here and still get a good payday, so there's more talent than you would think.

This is the first World Cup cycle where that is finally the case. Hence my bullish-ness.
