The Brummie telly queen, 43, was snapped pumping iron with her new personal trainer Richard Olma.
Rich, 36, said Dee had never worked so hard, and added: “We’re going to spend the next few weeks on conditioning to see how fit, strong and mobile she is.
“Then we’re going to work on the big muscle groups. We’ll be doing things like boxing and skipping to keep her heart rate up and help with fat burning.

“I'm still in pain”

“She’s got a great attitude and I’m sure she’ll do very well.”
And after her first session exhausted Dee gasped that she’d suffered, saying: “I’m still in pain.”
Last night bookmakers Coral were offering 2-1 odds on Dee bringing out a fitness DVD in time for the annual January health kick
