Is this site for real Real Estate Foreclosures - Foreclosure Listings and Foreclosed Homes For Sale i can really buy an apartment in hawaii for $3000 USD? Cheaper to buy a house than pay for a hotel

I sincerely doubt it. I lived in Hawaii until a year ago and the housing market there is independent of the rest of the US. Even foreclosed homes are going to be expensive, as the market is so inflated out there.
Even a shack in the middle of Oahu on the side of the mountain is gonna be pricey.

you sign up for a free trial, probably have to enter a credit card, and they bank on you forgetting to cancel
there are tonnes of sites like that, which lure people in with the promise of a good investment opportunity, but typically foreclosed homes are auctioned off (i believe), so i highly doubt you'd actually be able to buy that house for that cheap.
in short, don't bother making an account, and certainly don't try to buy that house
