Bought the dog a kennel a few weeks ago with the impending heatwave about to hit, thinking it'd keep her cool, out of the sun, stop her overheating etc.

NO. ****ING. CHANCE.

The dog would rather dehydrate, malt hair everywhere and pant endlessly all day long than step one paw inside a nice pristine wooden house. I'm roasting in this weather and I'm not even wearing a fur coat, anyone got any suggestions on how to get her in it?

I'm gonna keep trying with it. I've no doubt she'll use it in the bleakest of winter which is probably only a fortnight away anyhow knowing this country...

Come on now, don't take me for a fool. How much do you want for the dog house? If she hasn't used it yet it's not likely she will, so might as well cut your losses and sell up, how much mate? Not interested in the shed if I'm honest.
