Can an admin contact me please? Paid for tickets for Burnley away which have not been able to be delivered - not doubting the guy who's "sold" them to me as I'm taking his reasons at face value but obviously need to bring it to admins attention just in case it's happened before or does again. It's a long story so won't go into any more detail on the open forum and I'm happy to chalk this down to experience and write off the money.

I can put as many screenshots up as needed, including me telling the "seller" to donate the money I paid to Forget Me Not children's hospice. I don't want the money back, I want him (them?) to not be able to do this again.
