Under new regulations, The number of non-home grown players in each 25-man squad is to be reduced from 17 to 13

Everton non - home grown player would be 15

Howard , Joel, Distin, Oviedo, Coleman, Alcaraz, Gibson (17 year old join Manchester Utd), Mccarthy, Besic, Pinaar, Mcgready, Mirallas, Kone, Lukaku, Naismith

that means we need out 2 of them

Won't actually be in full effect until 2020 when a large amount of them will be retired anyways starts in 2016 or 2017 reducing by one a year so no immediate panic. Also 2 of the 12 homegrown players have to come from own academy so even more important to develop own players.

Distin and probably Alcaraz will be gone at the end of the season. Howard has 3 more years!
