Academy Director, Ray Hall, has pointed to a few factors that have contributed to Everton’s stunning form at Under-18s level.

The young Toffees are joint top of the table ahead of the weekend clash with West Bromwich Albion and Hall has assessed the difference in fortunes from this time twelve months ago when the side were struggling for results.
