Don't see why not. Its a shocking case but suppose might descend into politics, although for me there's not much to debate.
Foreign national kills pensioner.
England needs to sort out who the **** it let's in.

Terrible for the family of the pensioner.
All stuff aside, this sort of crime is the worst for me, defenseless, harmless old people getting assaulted, robbed, beaten up, raped and/or murdered happens far too often the world over now, and it sickens me.

The point is though we have a responsibility to deal with British murderers. We don't have to deal with foreign ones, or we shouldn't.
I don't know if this person has any previous for this type of thing but if he has there's no way he should be allowed into our country.
We need effective border policing and proper rules on immigration to ensure this happens and we haven't.
If we were showing a net profit of 5 billion pounds into our economy and that meant allowing in one single murderer, child abuser, rapist or potential terrorist I'd be dead set against it.
The fact is we have many, many times more than that here.
