He wasnt banned because of his views.

In retrospect, I can see the 'AIDs carrier' thing was pretty much him hitting the ejector button on this forum, regardless of it being tongue-in-cheek or not. A shame. I like massively polar views on things, and Davek can't be expected to do all the work himself.

This statement is far more objectionable than anything else that has been said on this thread. I don't like davek's opinions, but I wouldn't dream of demanding that he be banned. Disagreeing with someone doesn't automatically mean that they should be silenced ffs.

I've never objected to anyone's reasonably held views and their rights to express them but surely you cannot condone the material this poster has put forward. He had an agenda to propagate racism!

Th turning away HIV positive patients is just applying the same rules that exist in America and Australia. There youre not allowed in unless you have sufficent medical insurance andnobody is going to insure somebody who's HIV positive.

The opprobrium that Fleet Street directs his way is just to protect their Tory mates.
