I agree mate, I love both sports, but 90% of the boxing fans dont appreciate MMA and I put it down to them seeing MMA as a threat to boxing which it isnt.

Boxing is killing itself.

I love both sports but some boxing fans see MMA as a major competitor and choose to try and bring it down instead of appreciated both sports, your in the latter mate.

it was a poor right. You are right im maybe biased, but I dont hate ufc. I watch both sports regularly and have practised both. I'm just oldfashioned guy and prefer sweet science.

The best comeback and KO I've seen in MMA was Robbie Lawler taking down Manhoef at Strikeforce 22 I think it was. Example of something other than UFC being offered.

yeah i watched that fight always a chance when you have ko power which lawler does in abundance, melvin manhoef was destroying him as well.
its a pity other organizations don't get more coverage, i used to love the wec and pride both were absorbed by the ufc and strikeforce has been bought by them now too. king of the cage, mfc, dream and bellator are all good shows, belator is probably the 2nd biggest now strikeforce has been took over and lost some of its big names to the ufc. Hope gilbert melendez goes over to the ufc he's awesome also people like hector lombards and eddie alvarez need to be moving over.

I wasn't quite convinced with how the main even ended with Jones and Evans. And though they were really competitive against each other, it seemed like Jones was holding a little back because it was a former training partner he was up against.

But considering that they were professionals, I would not doubt how the thing worked for both of them. It wasn't just as stellar as how he capped his other fights.
