I honestly can't believe someone would write such article, I mean everyone has there view on things but this is going out of line!
This guys is saying UEFA is pointless, CL is becoming a Carling Cup, why UEFA is on Thursday why couldn't it be on Tuesday and Wednesday like CL, because this guys want all matches to be on Saturday 3pm, this guy is complaining fans has to go shopping on Saturday afternoon instead of watching football at the groud, and this guy believe TV has ruined the game and now all club are looking to earn more money!
Let me ask this question, who doesn't want to earn more money for better living? How many fans are there for each club? Can the home ground accommodate all fans for home games? (Answer is probably not a chance) TV in needed up to certain point!
Can you believe this guy is saying the competition should be scrap? simply because he thinks is worthless and because he want all matches to be on Saturday instead of Sunday!
And what is the matter with this guys? something wrong with Middlesbrough making into the final 2 years ago, this guys simply think Middlesbrough got to the final by turning up to matches and got lucky!
Not to mention this guy is taking the piss over our beloved Everton, We beat Metalist Kharkiv in the first round and what a tough match it was, and believe it or not I think Metalist Kharkiv could cause problem to most team playing in the CL!
How about beating Larissa 3:1 in the first group game? A team that has taken our Blackburn in the last round, and Blackburn currently 6th in the Premiership with a game in hand, and 3 points from that game would put them 4th in the Premiership, oh yeah it was easy to beat these guys!
I understand not all team in the UEFA are world beater or world class team, but most would be nothing short of decent side or a side with some class! Not to mention team from different countries have a different styles of play which makes it a challege to outplay them!
