No Teams in the CL later stages this term but Chelsea winners last year. Spurs, Chelsea and Toon in the Europa quarter finals tonight. When were we last in Europe and how are we sitting for getting a draw against the likes of Villareal again or a side much less likely to get to the semi finals (of the CL or EL).
In essence does the success of British sides make the European draws for next season any better for those that make the places? (Will Swansea and Wigan be getting stinking draws versus big time sides and will we if we can sneak fourth or fifth???)

Leagues seeds only matter for how many places we get.

What seeding we get, depends on our club coefficient which can only be improved by everton winning games in europe.

It's why city kept getting hard draws despite england doing well in the CL.

Hate the co-efficient crap, make it completely random, only fair draw, no fair reason why barca would avoid juve they both had to do a qualification round. I get the non-domestic rule, Makes it more about playing european sides, but the co-efficients in a load of bull.
