The best way to improve the youth is to get them playing in the nextgen series, playing the teams around europe of a similar level. then see who rises to the top, also an excellent way to scout players.

Sorry mate there was no disrespect intended to Shane, it was just a quick update on my phone whilst at the game guess it just sounded wrong.
I like Shane and was very impressed with him when he played in the first team last season, and on Monday i was impressed again, as i said he done well and reminded me a lot of Jagielka, his heading, tackling, positioning and communication were all very good.
I just meant there were a couple of times where he had the ball and with no obvious ball on seemed unsure of what to do so just played a ball forward away from danger but to no one, just a minor piece of constructive criticism and certainly nothing i'd deem worth worrying about because its just inexperience.
