Everton's youngsters will be looking for nothing more than a win tomorrow against a very much in form Reading academy team at Finch Farm tomorrow (KO 12 midday) who's season has got off to a flyer.

The first game was at home to West Ham where the honours were shared 2-2, with the next two games both resulting in 4-1 victories for the Royals against West Brom and Norwich City respectively.

Reading currently lie joint top with Bolton with an identical goal difference, as Everton remain rooted to the bottom with no points to their name after suffering three successive defeats with the last being at Arsenal two weeks ago.

Uche Ikpeazu and partner Josh Shama will be more than a handful for Everton's defence tomorrow as Ikpeazu has already notched four so far and Shama two.

Everton may have George Green available as he was an unused substitute at Reading today for the U21 fixture and Gethin Jones should be available after being away with Wales on International duty this week.

Last season's corresponding fixture was a victorious win for the visitors with a goal coming 20 minutes from time.
A match report will be available tomorrow after the game.
