I'd say Newcastle is more like Tampa. A bunch of white kids acting harder than they are. Venereal diseases aplenty. Ray Hudson lives there.

Arkansas is probably closer to Wales. Sheep are nervous in the rural areas and things are never spelled quite right.

I agree with you on Tampa, but I suspect one of the other two regions is being terribly overrated.
