What would be ace would be a warning somewhere on the 'New thread' page which says 'Do not post transfer rumours from this list of sites (with a link) or twitter accounts, please paste in main transfer rumour thread'
Would probably cut down some of the work for mods in terms of merging threads, if the warning is right there on the page you're more likely to take notice.
