Ok I'll say it...Quantum Leap.

It did ' end ' Al got saved from what ever his fate was and Sam never got home, still leaping around the multiverse ad infinitum.
Bellasarius has form for this ' none ending' ending, Magnum ' ended ' with a none ending.

So yes Put Magnum and Quantum Leap on the list.

Along with...
The Ultimate none ending ending, none middle middle, episodes screened out of order, but it didn't matter in the 60's ( man )
The only episode that made sense (?) was the first.
The Prisoner, reputedly McGoohan went crackers trying to write produce star in the 22 contracted episodes and gave up after 17.
