Everton manager David Moyes has been handed a triple fitness boost ahead of Saturday's game with Aston Villa.
Moyes revealed that Leighton Baines, Seamus Coleman and Magaye Gueye could all be available for selection against Alex McLeish's unbeaten side.
Baines was forced to withdraw from the England squad with a hamstring injury earlier in the week, whilst Seamus Coleman (ankle) and Magaye Gueye (toe) have both been sidelined since pre-season.
Moyes revealed on Friday: "It looks like Seamus Coleman is back and available, Magaye had a broken toe, he is back and available.
"Johnny Heitinga had a bit of a knock but hopefully he will be okay.
"Leighton has had a problem as well but he has trained today so I am hoping he will be fine."
Moyes also confirmed that Victor Anichebe would be out for three months with the groin injury he picked up while playing for Nigeria last week.
The Blues boss is also weighing up the match fitness of his two new signings with neither having completed a full pre-season campaign.
"One of them hasn't played since mid-April, on hasn't played since June they haven't had any pre-season games so that has to be a big consideration," he said.
"It has to be something the supporters understand. We have to take a bit of time to get them ready. The players we were chasing at the end (of the transfer window) haven't all come from places where were ready to start."
